Who We Are

The Board of Trustees for ICT SOS consists of a diverse group of professionals who are deeply committed to the organization's mission of fighting human trafficking in Wichita. This dedicated team brings a wide range of expertise, from legal and financial backgrounds to social services and community engagement. Each member plays a vital role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, ensuring effective collaboration with local agencies, and mobilizing community resources. Their shared passion for creating a safer community drives their work, making them essential leaders in the fight against human trafficking.

Bridgette West-Williams,

Chair

Bridgette West-Williams has served as the chair of the ICT SOS Board of Trustees since 2023, and brings years of business development, risk mitigation, and brand and reputation management in board and organizational leadership. 

In Bridgette’s career and academic pursuits, she has served as an advisor and consultant for small and mid-sized businesses in Wichita, and across the state. She currently serves as the vice president of strategy and business development at Baseline Creative, a full-service creative agency owned and operated by Bridgette and her partner in life and business, Nathan Williams. Their agency helps SMBs and organizations realize their full potential through brand and reputation management, business development, marketing and communications, and web and technology solutions. Bridgette is an alumna of the A.Q. Miller School of Media and Communications at Kansas State University, where she studied public relations and political science, and Friends University where she completed her master’s degree in business law. Her academic and professional experience include experience in higher education, public affairs, health care, and nonprofit management.

The support provided by ICT SOS to vulnerable populations, including young people and LGBTQ community members, are a driving force in her continued contributions to the organization. After years of periodic volunteering and donating to support the mission of ICT SOS, Bridgette and Nathan stepped in to rebrand ICT SOS and build the organization’s website in-kind in 2016, with updates to celebrate the organizations 10th anniversary in 2021.

Bridgette currently supports local organizations that help improve the lives and health of Kansans through healthy living, arts, and civic engagement including Tour de Wichita, Mark Arts, Trust Women, M-Care Healthcare and the ACE Foundation, and as an elected Democratic Precinct Committee Chair.

Vice Chair

Mona Martin is the Corporate Director of Human Resources for HM Dunn Aerosystems, Inc., an aerospace and defense manufacturing company. She is also a trainer for the Career and Workforce Education division of Butler Community College where she teaches the SHRM CP/SCP exam prep class and the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources. Ms. Martin is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is also a member of national SHRM as well as the local SHRM chapter in Wichita, KS.

In additional to her tenure in manufacturing, Ms. Martin has served companies in the healthcare and luxury retail industries.  Her community involvement includes being a member of the Rainbows United HR Advisory Committee, a board of trustees member for ICT SOS, an organization that works to end human trafficking, and a board member for Kansas Consumer Credit Counseling Service, and a volunteer with Beauties and Beasts, a local 11th hour animal rescue nonprofit. She is a human resources general practitioner with significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, risk management, compensation and benefits plan design and administration, OSHA, workers compensation, payroll, compliance, and strategic planning. She is a past nominee for the Wichita SHRM HR Professional of the Year award, is a member of the Wichita Business Journal’s 2022 Class of HR Professionals, and received the 2023 KS SHRM Trombold Professional Achievement and HR Professional of the Year award. In 2019 she was a member of a Senior Leadership Roundtable led by Ivanka Trump on Child Care and Paid Family Leave. She also participated in the December 2019 White House Summit on Child Care and Paid Family Leave.

Ryan Kellenbarger,

Treasurer

Born and raised in Wichita, Ryan attended the University of Kansas where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Business in Accounting. He currently serves as the Business Manager for Bloyer & Sons, Inc., a local commercial roofing company, where he oversees accounting and finance and assists with business strategy, human resources and marketing. Prior to Bloyer & Sons, Ryan worked in public accounting for eleven years, performing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations on public and private entities of various sizes. 

Aside from work, Ryan is an avid pickleball player and proud Ambassador for Chicken N Pickle (CnP). Ryan volunteers his time for various events hosted by CnP for the benefit of charitable organizations. Ryan also enjoys being a foodie, cheering for KU and WSU sports, traveling, card games and spending time with friends and family. 

Upon meeting the former Treasurer of ICT SOS and learning about the Organization's mission, the positive impact it was making in the community, and meeting many of the inspiring individuals involved in the Organization, Ryan desired to join the fight against trafficking and joined the Board of Trustees in August 2023. In January 2024, Ryan assumed the role of Treasurer, helping to provide financial management and oversight for the Organization.

Brittany Svetecz

Secretary

Brittany Svetecz leads and empowers the communications team at PEC to think beyond the norm and exceed expectations in their craft. She has eight years of marketing experience with four of those in the A/E/C industry. With a penchant for year-round Christmas and boundless energy at all hours, Brittany is basically the love child of Buddy the Elf and Leslie Knope. Combine all this with a great attitude, Brittany strives to push the boundaries of what marketing looks like in her field.

After building a relationship with the Executive Director and learning everything about ICT SOS, Brittany joined the ICT SOS board. Growing up sheltered from the reality of human trafficking, Brittany now forwards the mission of ICT SOS by raising awareness to the harsh realities of this growing crisis. While education on this topic is vital, Brittany believes that action through volunteerism and financial support is the catalyst to making a difference.

Russell Winn

Russell Winn

Started in the insurance industry in 1984 right out of college with a small direct writer in a town in the SW corner of Kansas. Spent 1 ½ years there and was asked to take over a vacant agency the company had in a central Kansas town. Spent an additional 2 ½ years with the direct writer where I ranked in the top 10 for new P&C premium and was the company top producer of life insurance for 1987.  

In 1988 made the switch to becoming an independent with a mid-size regional independent insurance agency and spent 5 years with them producing new business and managing retention of accounts. Was approached by a large regional independent insurance broker to join them and became an employee in 1993. Spent 23 ½ years with them as an Account Executive, Team Lead for a team of 15 and eventually became an Industry Practice Director for the last 5 years of employment. 

 In 2017 started to work to have my own independent insurance agency and we were established on December 7, 2017. In 2018 purchased a small independent agency from a local seller and began to service the accounts and produce new business to grow the agency.  

 In March of 2019 purchased another independent agency which doubled our size and our staff. We continued to build a brand and work to grow the agency organically. In December of 2021 we again purchased a local independent agency and added to both our revenue and our staff. Currently we are about a $15,000,000 premium agency with 15 employees and 3 locations.  

Been married for 39 years to my awesome wife, Tami, and have 2 grown children.    

Russ started in the insurance industry in 1984 right out of college. He started working with a small company in southwest Kansas, where he eventually took over the agency. He has continued to grow in his endeavors as an insurance agent. He now owns his own insurance agency in the area that has multiple locations and staff; Winn Insurance. Russ has been married for 39 years to his amazing wife Tami, and they have 2 adult children. Russ has been an amazing addition to our board, he is always willing to volunteer and support events! Russ is always the quiet one in meetings, but when he speaks up he always has something valuable to say!

Casey serves as the Chair of the ICTSOS Bylaws Review Committee, using her legal and government relations experience to further the mission of ICTSOS as a member of our Board of Trustees.  

Casey is a fifth-generation Wichita entrepreneur and currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Wichita. Casey uses her passion for engaging diverse communities and emphasizing the importance of civic engagement to foster new opportunities for ICTSOS to expand our mission. Casey’s work for the City of Wichita focuses on modernizing and improving services so residents, businesses, and visitors can fully enjoy the Wichita experience. 

Casey is also currently a member of the Racial Profiling Advisory Board of Wichita (Racial Profiling Advisory Board of Wichita Kansas (racialprofilingwichitaks.com),  the League of Women Voters (Home - League of Women Voters of Kansas (lwvk.org)), and the elected Democratic Precinct Committee Woman for Minneha Township-09. Casey served on the Sedgwick County Ad Hoc Redistricting Committee in 2022, the Wichita Habitat for Humanity Advocacy & Legislative Build Committees from 2019-2022, and as a panelist for KMUW Engage ICT: Running for Office.

Samantha Hendrix

Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in Public Service and Public Policy: Emergency Management and Homeland Security. In 2019 she joined the financial sector and has developed a love for financial education and fighting financial crime. Samantha works at Meritrust Credit Union and can’t brag enough on how much she loves her job, her coworkers, and the organization as a whole. 

Samantha has lived in the Wichita and surrounding areas for over half her life. She has a passion for serving her local communities in many different capacities. Samantha regularly volunteers with Wichita Family Crisis Center and with her work at various community events and financial education classes. She also loves to support small businesses and knows the importance of their economic impact — as her parents are the owners of Bricks Bar and Grill in Augusta, KS. 

Samantha is apart of F.A.S.T (Financial Abuse Specialist Team) for Sedgwick County, which works to eliminate financial abuse for the elderly community. She also participates in Signals Club and Emerging Leaders at Meritrust. 

Upon volunteering for the Race 4 Freedom 5k for ICT SOS, Samantha has grown a love for the organization and a passion for helping to end human trafficking. She went through the Next Steps Training in 2023 and has been looking to serve in a different capacity. She is doing so by bringing her knowledge of risk mitigation, volunteering, financial planning/education, and passion to the board of ICT SOS. 

Amber Tracy

Amber Tracy has been a dedicated Community Partners Lead and key contributor to sponsorship efforts for ICT S.O.S.’s Race 4 Freedom since 2017. In her professional role as Controller, Amber brings over 17 years of expertise to her work at Tracy Electric, Inc., a nationally licensed electrical contracting company founded by her husband, Mike Tracy, 25 years ago. Together, they share a deep passion for the mission of ICT S.O.S. and have long been committed donors, supporting Race 4 Freedom and assisting with various needs that arise for the organization.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her family, baking, cooking, hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, and caring for her feathered and fluffy farm animals. She is particularly devoted to supporting her six grandchildren, cheering them on in their sports and activities, and showering them with love and hugs.

Amber is deeply passionate about raising awareness of human trafficking and supporting efforts to combat it in our communities. She is committed to advancing ICT S.O.S.’s mission through her expertise in building connections and collaborating with others to drive education and prevention efforts. Amber’s experience in fostering relationships aligns with the organization’s goals of increasing awareness and creating lasting impact.

Amber looks forward to working alongside fellow board members, staff, and community partners to help ICT S.O.S. achieve its mission and create meaningful, sustainable change in the fight against human trafficking.
